About Dr. Nobu
Hello, I am Dr. Nobu, Licensed Psychologist.
I specialize in trauma and somatic therapy. People are surprised to hear that I love being a trauma therapist.
I love my work because I see the light at the end of the tunnel. When we first meet, you may be feeling at your lowest. But, I know things will get better from here.
About my clients
I work with adults, both men and women from various age groups, backgrounds, and identities.
My clients choose me wanting more than listening ears. They want to learn, heal and grow.
About my therapy style
My therapy style is gentle and experiential. I value both the time-honored simplicity of listening and the cutting-edge science of change.
My therapy integrates the three elements of well-being: thoughts, emotions, and the body.
